Kids Metro Conference exists to serve and strengthen the Kids Ministry community by gathering Kids Pastors and ministry leaders from Southern Baptist megachurches into a space designed for both renewal and growth. During their time with us, leaders will laugh, rest, and reconnect with longtime friends while building new, meaningful relationships with others who understand the unique challenges of leading at scale. Through intentional equipping and training, we provide practical next step solutions, fresh ideas, and collaborative problem solving to help leaders navigate both current and future ministry challenges.
More than just strategy, Metro fosters a deep sense of community, a nationwide network of leaders who support one another, sharpen one another, and remind each other they are not alone. At the heart of it all, we call leaders back to their personal walk with the Lord, recognizing that lasting impact flows from spiritual health. In an environment marked by the presence of the Holy Spirit, we help leaders rediscover their calling, refocus their vision, and leave refreshed, encouraged, equipped, and challenged to press on—leading well today while building a legacy for the future of Kids Ministry.
